When starting an Agile deployment effort, it is advantageous to know your starting point. Otherwise, it will be hard to measure how far you have come. This is why I am a fan of baselining the current situation. By this, I mean evaluating the current level of agility, engineering, and team capability. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
