Database as a Crucial Element for CBIR Systems

In this article we focus on the presentation of the inner structure of the database for the Content-Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) system containing, in our case, house images. The main body describes the structure of the database (DB) managed with the Oracle 10g DB system. We present to the reader the main differences and problems connected with constructing image and spatial DB in comparison with a text DB.
