Towards integration of semantically enabled service families in the cloud

Success of a Software Product Line (SPL) typically induces increase of requirements that expand over the expertise of its initial company. In the con- text of cloud computing, where SPLs are deployed in the form of business process families that are oered over the Internet, this expansion requires partnering with other available families. With the increasing number of companies that oer their solutions in the cloud, there is a need for tools and methods for integration of configurable business processes. In this position paper, we propose a methodol- ogy for integration that employs ontologies and Semantic Web technology, and propose a tool support that supports the proposed methodology.
