Alessandra Agostini, Giorgio De Michelis, Monica Divitini · BOA (University of Milano-Bicocca) · 2001

Campiello is a system supporting the exchange of information among communities living in art cities, with the goal of turning local inhabitants and tourists into active participants in the creation of knowledge. In order to provide accessibility to all the members of the communities, Campiello adopts multiple interfaces. The paper presents the experience with the use of Campiello in Venice with focus on how its interfaces support access to the underlying community knowledge.
