Moreover, reliable, real-time communication or operations on infrastructures for counter-terrorism or handling vulnerable outdoor/transportation environments are getting more attention. In this article, the radial-ring bipartite Spider Web (SW) network, SW(m,n), where m is even and n can be either even or odd, is proved 1-edge hamiltonian and hamiltonian laceable if n≥4; 1p-hamiltonian if n≥4 except for SW(6,5). Dual-surveillance SCADA networks are proposed to provide real-time fault tolerance, sightlineavailability, operating order, and probable CCTV (close circuit television) image transmissions for infrastructurepaths. Such SCADA networks for radial-ring circulation configurations can use the SW network as the main skeleton. Moreover, wireless/wired radial-ring SW networks are proposed for bigger regions; they are configured similar to the pattern of the central place theory, and the frequency-reuse principle for interference-free wireless telecommunication is devised for developing eurbanism.
