The initial release of the codes, to be used for the SophiaBeads Dataset Project. The codes are essential to work with the SophiaBeads Dataset. The release contains scripts for loading the dataset, pre-reconstruction steps, and a reconstruction algorithm (cgls_XTek) as a template.
