Today, the theory of chaos is common in many fields and chaotic characteristics have been found in natural phenomena. In practice, the correlation dimension and Lyapunov spectrum are commonly used for searching for chaos. Especially, the Lyapunov spectrum which quantify the divergence rate of a system can be used for the analysis of chaos and give us the predictability of the underlying system. In this study, Wolf et al.'s (1985) method is used for estimating the largest Lyapunov exponent and the predictability is obtained for daily rainfalls with a low precision of in a periodic function. As a result, the predictabilities of daily rainfalls used in this study were estimated in the range of days.
