Nowadays, the G.P.S.(Global Positioning System) is generally used for the car navigation system but is has some restrictions such as the discontinuity of earth satellite's signal and the artificial errors which are called S.A.(Selective Availability). To solve these problems, the I.N.S.(Inertial Navigation System) sensor fusioning with G.P.S. is much attractive for improving the accuracy of detecting a vehicle position. The D.R.(Dead Reckoning), which is one of the I.N.S., uses a wheel magnetic sensor for the driving distance and a gyro sensor for the vehicle orientation. The Black-Box, which is the most important record after car accident, contains so much data from acceleration sensors and a gyro sensor. In this paper, Gyro Controller System using one-chip micro processor(i80c196kc) is developed for the D.R. and Black-Box.
