Planar 3-regular graph states and Pachner 2-2 move information

These data files give information regarding planar 3-regular graphs, whose edges are decorated with either orientation or parity values. These states are stored as bitmasks, whose size is linear in the number of graph edges. In addition, all data required to use Pachner 2-2 moves on these graph states is given.
