An AI-driven task recognition framework is proposed to raise the rates of fairness and efficiency of actions in the service spheres. The existing CCTV infrastructure will be utilized whereby the system will involve the combination of object detection through the YOLOv8 and the Multi-object tracking to follow up with the activities of the employees in the assigned work zones and record them. The procedure reduces the number of people manually supervising and the detection and the data reliability is high. Even the issues of the ethical considerations like the anonymization of the data and the permission of the monitoring are also included so that the deployment will be responsible. The model offers a versatile strategy of AI-based optimization of the workplace.
