User Experience Framework for Centralized Health Information Systems

The research explores how User Experience (UX) design and User Interface (UI) Design that can improve the usability of unified healthcare applications that integrate multiple services within a single digital platform. Healthcare users often manage fragmented medical records, repeated consultations, appointments, pharmacy requirements, and hospital visits, creating difficulties in accessing and organizing essential health information. The study investigates how a digitally centralized healthcare ecosystem can reduce information fragmentation while supporting efficient navigation and decision-making.
