This study examined the factors influencing older adults’ intention to reuse a virtual reality(VR)-based exercise program and further examined whether health and interactivity moderated these relationships, based on the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) and the Senior Technology Acceptance Model(STAM). A total of 152 questionnaires were collected via convenience sampling from older adults aged 65 years or older participating in the Osan City Senior Health Care Program. Data were processed using SPSS and analyzed through factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The findings were as follows. First, perceived usefulness had a significant positive effect on reuse intention and was the strongest predictor. Second, perceived ease of use, interactivity, and health also had significant positive effects on reuse intention, and the four predictors together explained 44.1% of the variance in reuse intention. Third, the moderating effect of health was not statistically supported, as none of the interaction terms reached statistical significance. Fourth, the moderating effect of interactivity was likewise not supported. These findings suggest that helping older adults perceive the health benefits of VR exercise programs is central to strengthening reuse intention, and that intuitive interfaces, user education, and interaction-centered content design should be pursued together.
