Universal Commit Contract (UCC): Commit-Time Authorization Continuity for Consequential Execution

Cristina Rasmussen · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research) · 2026

Universal Commit Contract (UCC) is a commit-boundary authorization-continuity result for consequential execution. It addresses a specific failure mode in which an action remains executable after the authority that justified it has become stale, revoked, expired, altered, or detached from the exact operation before irreversible consequence. The frozen UCC reference result was subjected to bounded formal checking and adversarial implementation validation under explicitly stated implementation, authority-currentness, serialization, and local sink assumptions. The public claim is intentionally narrow: under the tested conditions, the reference implementation conformed to the modeled UCC commit-boundary behavior. This release does not claim universal correctness, production security, correctness for arbitrary external sinks, universal multi-system atomicity, independent replication, novelty, patentability, or freedom to operate. Independent replication and external-system falsification remain pending. This archive is the public technical evidence checkpoint for the UCC result developed by Cristina Rasmussen.
