The 6-wheel places every prime greater than 3 in the two candidate lanes 6πΒ±1. This paper joins two exact structures associated with those lanes. First, every composite candidate belongs to a unique least-prime-factor shadow. The shadow of a prime πis absent below π2 and begins at π2. If πand π= π+2 are twin primes, then, relative to all smaller prime shadows, the only new composite candidates below π2 are π2 and ππ. Thus ππ is the terminal off-diagonal corner of the finite π-shadow layer. For π =29, π =31, the associated frontier endpoint π2 =961 coincides with the first exact prime/composite balance in the cumulative 6-wheel occupancy, while ππ=899 is its terminal off-diagonal corner.
