Standardised user experience percentile rank questionnaire (SUPR-Q) is a measure that is suitable for use in evaluating products or systems, such as mobile applications and websites with transactional features. Among the problems this study examined was that the user acceptance rate for e-procurement was quite disappointing, and they considered this system less effective. Therefore, this study aims to measure the user experiences of the e-procurement system for over time usage with SUPR-Q. This study is quantitative and uses SUPR-Q for data collection. Four variables are involved for the over time measurement: usability, trust, loyalty, and appearance. The over time data collection of the e-procurement users involves 185 respondents, randomly sampled for pre-experience, and 73 respondents through convenience sampling for post-experience. Lastly, 65 respondents were selected for analysis after removing missing values and outliers. The results revealed users’ loyalty, which means that they are likely to return to using the system in the future and are likely to recommend it to a friend. Moreover, the findings also show that the system is attractive, clean, and has a simple presentation. The e-procurement users felt confident in conducting their business on the system. In addition, in terms of usability, the users felt that the e-procurement is easy to use and navigate within the system. SUPR-Q may be a useful option for researchers who require a brief tool for evaluating the system in terms of subjective user experience because it has fewer items. This study may be useful to e-procurement management, system developers, and designers to emphasise interface design and system development principles.
