AAIS Master Reference Registry Certified Mathematical and Physical Structures (Pre-Phase I to Physical Phase IX and Mathematical Phases I to VI)

AAIS · 2026

This document constitutes the official Master Reference Registry and Structural Lineage Compendium of the AAIS (Autonomous Adaptive Information Substrate) framework. It serves as the authoritative archival and verification layer for the complete AAIS architecture, providing a unified record of all certified mathematical objects, structural components, dependency chains, inheritance relations, audit states, and closure mechanisms developed within the framework. The registry encompasses the full evolutionary architecture of AAIS, including the Physical Architecture Development Phases (Pre-Phase I through Final Phase IX) and the corresponding Mathematical Foundation Series (Mathematical Phase I through Mathematical Phase VI), which formalize, extend, and consolidate the certified mathematical structures emerging from the preceding architectural phases. Within this edition, the registry establishes the formal specification and traceability infrastructure for the AAIS mathematical ecosystem, including: Certified Object Registries defining active mathematical outputs, invariant structures, operator realizations, and closure objects; Conditional Transfer Reference (CTR) Registries identifying hypothesis-dependent extensions, unresolved activation pathways, and controlled interface mappings; External Dependency and Proof Source Registries documenting foundational inputs, imported theories, and upstream certification origins; Persistent Reference Identifiers (PIDs) providing stable lineage tracking across all phases, appendices, objects, theorems, propositions, assumptions, and structural components; Dependency Graphs and Inheritance Maps defining the exact logical propagation pathways between architectural layers; Audit Registries recording proof status, verification conditions, structural assumptions, and conditional closure states; Closure and Interface Registries specifying the final integration mechanisms connecting algebraic, spectral, dynamical, computational, and physical realization layers. The purpose of this registry is to preserve the structural identity, mathematical provenance, and verification history of the AAIS framework by providing an explicit dependency architecture through which every certified result, inherited construction, and conditional extension can be independently traced to its origin, assumptions, and supporting mathematical foundation. Accordingly, this document functions as the central lineage authority for the current AAIS edition, ensuring formal consistency, reproducibility, auditability, and long-term preservation of the framework’s mathematical and architectural integrity. Any future architectural expansion, additional mathematical phase, new certified object class, or extended realization layer introduced beyond the boundaries of this edition shall require a corresponding independent registry release and shall be considered outside the defined scope of the present document.
