Numerical Validation of the ReliCheck Quanta Statistics Engine

ReliCheck Quanta is a statistical analysis application for macOS whose computational engine is written in Swift against Apple's Accelerate framework, with no R or Python dependency at runtime. Software that carries no external statistical library carries no external reputation either, so its numbers have to be demonstrated rather than assumed. This report documents how the engine's output was checked against independent references: certified NIST Statistical Reference Datasets, the corresponding procedures in R and in Python's scientific stack, and closed-form results computed by hand. It states the agreement achieved for each method, including the methods where agreement is weakest, and it supplies the fixture and scripts needed to reproduce the central comparison. The intended use is citation in a methods section by a researcher who needs to say what the software was checked against.
