The Smart Voting System Using Blockchain, Fingerprint and Face Recognition is a secure and intelligent electronic voting system that has been developed to improve the transparency, reliability and integrity of the election process. Traditional voting systems are susceptible to voter impersonation, ballot tampering, centralised data manipulation, and inefficient verification methods that can compromise the credibility of elections. To overcome these problems the proposed system combines blockchain technology with fingerprint authentication and face recognition to provide a very secure and tamper proof voting environment. Blockchain provides decentralised and unalterable storage of voting records and voter information, thus preventing unauthorised changes and increasing transparency. Fingerprint authentication is used to verify voter identity during voter login, and facial recognition is used for a final verification before vote casting. This ensures that only authorised individuals can participate in the election. The system consists of two main modules : Admin Module which is responsible for the management of political parties, candidates, election data and vote monitoring and Voter Module which allows for secure registration, biometric verification, vote casting and vote verification. The proposed solution ensures accurate vote counting, real time election management, and resistance to fraudulent activities while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of the data. Experimental evaluation shows that the integration of blockchain with biometric authentication considerably improves election security, reduces identity fraud, and enables transparent, reliable and efficient digital voting. The proposed framework is a scalable solution and a future-ready approach for modern electronic voting systems that can support secure democratic processes.
