Meta causality theory Title: TSA-001: Meta-Causality - Causality as the Primitive Relation Abstract: This preprint proposes the Theory of Structural Agency (TSA), introducing "Meta-Causality" as the foundational framework for AI alignment. We define C^(Causal Operator) and ρc(Causal Density) as the standard for causal reasoning in artificial intelligence. This document establishes the mathematical formulation of "Causality as Firstness" and provides the technical blueprint for implementing C^operations in next-generation AI systems. This work is timestamped and pre-registered as prior art to ensure academic integrity and intellectual property protection.
