Hakozuna HZ8: Balanced Low-RSS Allocator with Fail-Closed Ownership and Medium Transition Inventory

This version updates the Hakozuna HZ8 preprint to document the current cross-platform balanced default. The published v0.2 KeepRefill absolute benchmark matrix is preserved as historical evidence. The v0.3 addendum introduces MediumTransitionInventory-L1 together with SmallTransitionInventory, GeneralMediumPage, and EntryBoundary-L1A; it reports paired Ubuntu and Windows medium-range gates, Redis-like controls, RSS results, safety validation, and the measured fixed-8-KiB tradeoff. HZ8 remains positioned as a practical low-RSS, fail-closed allocator line rather than a universal tcmalloc replacement. Files include the English and Japanese papers.
