This paper audits the public MRO covariance source route following the GCFT-0382 covariance packet request. It does not claim a detection, execute replay, or report row-bound covariance discovery. The result is a negative source-route finding: public derived gravity-product covariance is not equivalent to the row-bound ODF residual covariance object required for an admissible residual-horizon replay.
