In this paper, we present a measurement suite designed for straightforward signal measurement campaigns in indoor environments that also allows precise localization of these measurements. The measurement suite is adapted specifically to facilitate both parking garages and floor environments, considering different characteristics of both settings. The indoor environment measurement framework builds upon the features of the open source Open Mobile Network Toolkit combined with the everguide indoor localization system. For indoor parking garages, our suite implements the Simple Network Management Protocol for network measurements, utilizing automotive LiDAR sensors for the localization task. Thereby, it can be used to survey networks for remote driving use cases. The system supports passive measuring of signal quality indicators such as RSSI, RSRQ and RSRP alongside network properties like CellID and PLMN. The evaluation of our concept for a measurement suite demonstrates its applicability across both environments, providing flexibility and reliability in diverse indoor settings.
