This paper establishes the pre-transition execution-governance architecture underlying the ORYNTH Financial Systems Series. It formalizes contemporaneous admissibility, authority drift, continuity-preserving execution governance, and Proof-of-Block as a structured governed-denial artifact for financially consequential autonomous systems. The architecture evaluates five typed admissibility constraint classes across consequential transition boundaries and preserves the distinction between technical execution capability and valid authority at the moment of effect. Its principal formal result characterizes ambiguity within the null-settlement fiber and shows how Proof-of-Block restores distinguishability over architecture-governed non-settlement outcomes. This work serves as the execution-governance predecessor to the ORYNTH Financial Systems Series: F1 — Partial Settlement, Compensating Execution, and Economic-State ContinuityExtends the architecture beyond pre-effect denial into post-effect financial states involving partial effect, compensation, reversal, reconciliation, and economic-state continuity. F2 — Distributed Settlement, Multiparty Authority, and Economic-State ContinuityExtends the post-effect model into distributed and multiparty financial execution, separating agreement, consensus, authority, admissibility, execution, atomic completion, settlement finality, reconciliation, and continuity. F3 — Obligation Finality, Custody-State Integrity, and Consequential Financial ClosureDefines the downstream terminal-state architecture for obligation finality, custody-state integrity, reopening, historical preservation, and consequential financial closure. Together, DEI and F1-F3 form a layered execution-governance architecture spanning pre-effect admissibility, post-effect financial state, distributed settlement, and governed terminal closure.
