The Ternary Matrix Reflection Cipher (TMRC-10): A Deterministic 10x10 Key Stream Generator for Symmetric Cryptography based on Discrete Axial Reflections.

This paper introduces a novel symmetric cryptographic framework formalized as the Ternary Matrix Reflection Cipher (TMRC-10). The system utilizes a discrete axial reflection framework to expand a highly compressed 5x5 ternary matrix seed into a multidirectional, globally symmetric 10x10 macrostructural keystream matrix. By mapping specific asymmetric-to-symmetric coordinate distributions (0, 1, and 2), the algorithm constructs a balanced, low-entropy cryptographic key stream in constant time O(1). The system applies deterministic bitwise Exclusive-OR (XOR) operations to guarantee full informational invariance, high computational throughput, and perfect hardware-level decryption capabilities without relying on arithmetic-heavy pseudorandom number generators (PRNGs). Includes the theoretical specification document and the reference Python implementation.
