ABSTRACT The resilient global fixed‐time (FxT) cooperative output regulation (GFTCOR) problem for heterogeneous linear multi‐agent systems (HLMASs) under denial‐of‐service (DoS) attacks is investigated in this paper. First, in response to the attack behavior that leads to jammed communication among the agents and exosystem, a new distributed resilient FxT (DRFT) observer is devised to observe the state of the exosystem, which guarantees the global FxT convergence of the observation error. On this basis, a DRFT output feedback controller is further devised to address the problem of resilient GFTCOR for HLMASs under DoS attacks. The results indicate that the regulated output error can globally converge to the origin within a fixed time based on the control protocol. Finally, the feasibility of the developed DRFT observer‐based output feedback controller is demonstrated through simulation experiments, and the superiority of the devised control strategy is further highlighted through comparison with existing results.
