Spiral-ATCG: A Reproducible Experimental Substrate for Grammar-Driven Round-Material Generation

yiyu chao · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research) · 2026

Spiral-ATCG is an experimental research artefact for grammar-driven round-material generation in word-oriented symmetric constructions. It is not proposed as a standard-ready cipher, an AES replacement, or a production cryptographic primitive. The deposit contains the manuscript (LNCS format, 21 pages) and a supplementary archive with the reference C implementation, deterministic KAT vectors, regression and structural-probe test suite, design and engineering documentation, and reproducible build instructions. No security claim is made. The intended cryptographic contribution is methodological: round-material generation is separated from the round transition and made into an independently specified, policy-ablatable, and testable design object. The artefact is offered as a target for external reduced-round, differential, linear, rotational, invariant-subspace, related-key, policy-aliasing, and implementation-level analysis. See README_REPRODUCE.md inside the supplementary archive for build and reproduction instructions.
