Pre-registration of the EB MCP (Model Context Protocol) server: a structured test-set and tool-surface specification for evaluating downstream LLM-mediated applications of the EB carrier characterisation theorem. Locks the 50-item test set, the six exposed tools, and the falsification criteria for any agent consuming the EB carrier interface. Companion to the Option C bidirectional MCP integration (eaiou commit 105d79e) and the OBA63 architectural-commitment stack.
