CTMinfo: First Implemented System in Which 100% Data Admission Is the Ontological Foundation

Dmitriy V. Andriyanov · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research) · 2026

This work introduces and implements a strict admission principle for data systems: only data with 100% unambiguous representation are allowed. Any data admitting more than one valid interpretation are not interpreted, refined, or approximated — they are excluded from the system. Unlike existing ontologies, knowledge graphs, and data models that tolerate and manage ambiguity, CTMinfo enforces its complete exclusion at the architectural level. This defines a deterministic ontological foundation where ambiguity does not exist within the system. The approach is applicable to domains where object parameters are strictly defined, the set of possible variations is finite, and full verification is achievable. The claim is directly testable: providing a single object that admits more than one valid interpretation under the system rules is sufficient to invalidate the principle. If no such object exists, the system maintains its stated property. If data admit more than one interpretation, they do not exist in CTMinfo.
