This article proposes an oscillator network model for buffering extrinsic signals in neural circuits. The model is based on the specific neural activity observed in a male silkmoth. The proposed model acts as a simple framework of signal buffering in oscillatory computation systems such as neural circuits. The main feature of the proposed model is high flexibility for the oscillation cycle of the constituents and the connection structure among the constituents.
