An investigation of Powersched on ARCHER2

Powersched is a tool developed by HPE which aims to reduce the energy usage on compute nodes by dynamically balancing the energy consumed against application performance. We present some initial investigations of using Powersched, and how it changes application performance and energy usage compared with the standard operational configuration on ARCHER2.
