User experience (UX) is playing an increasingly important role in digital society, after all, information and interaction with tech-nology is becoming more and more widespread. Based on this, the aim of this work was to present a strategy for validating the user experience in the solution designed for a platform to help healthcare professionals during treatment with cognitive therapy. The method applied is based on the creation of a browser prototype and the application of practical tests as well as a questionnaire. The data was segmented into three categories: effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction, as indicated by the ISO/IEC 9126-6 standard. Satisfaction overall was 81.6 points, among 11 participants, for the usability of System Usability Scale (SUS). It can be concluded from the usability tests that the solution designed is effective and has elements that help improve usability, making it easier to extract information from the visualizations. In addition to exposing aspects to be improved in order to maximize the system’s usability experience and, consequently, have a positive impact on the end user.
