Drug design is an evolutionary process which includes designing of new therapeutic agents and their further development for perusal. Synthesis and design of new molecules, assuring their mode and mechanism of interaction with the biological macromolecule, determining the relationship between their structures and biological activities, elucidation of their Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion and Toxicity (ADMET) profiles and the evaluation of their medical transformations are the important steps which are required for developing a novel drug molecule.
