Data Warehousing has been a term that has been associated with a large storage capacity data source that assists management of an organization in making strategic decisions. The main misconceptions regarding data warehousing are that it is a task of enormous effort and that it is useful for only large organizations having huge amount of transaction data. However, data warehouse is an activity that can be used in many other applications and in many fields where the main interest is to gain or create information for a larger amount of base data. I present a lightweight warehouse that has all the essential features of data warehouse as it is understood now. This lightweight warehouse is built, operated and then brought down using mobile agents. It also has an additional capability of changing its location i.e., the warehouse is not static but dynamic.
