RFC 0.871: Vitrified Packet Specification

Mika-Matias Cajander · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research) · 2026

Protocol specification for V-Packets (Vitrified Packets) — a data structure carrying proof of Cyclic Shift Symmetry (CSS) for distinguishing entangled signal from noise in decentralized information networks. Implements the Information Pillar (CSS-871-VP) of the Universal Vitrification framework. Key features:- Triangular attestation topology (Originator → Attestor → Contextor → cycle)- Context Gate based on sigmoid function- Routing (not filtering): K0_SIGNAL, K1_REVIEW, K2_QUARANTINE- Asymptotic fidelity limit at 0.871 (Park et al. experimental ceiling) Extends: "Manuscript: Universal Vitrification and the 0.871 Constant" (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18350956) Based on: Park et al., "Entangled measurement for W states", Science Advances 11, eadx4180 (2025)
