Blockchain-Enabled AI Marketing
Haroon Iqbal Maseeh, Hakikur Rahman · 2026
The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in marketing has transformed how companies communicate with customers in recent years, allowing for more individualized and data-driven approaches. But this development has also brought up serious issues with data security, privacy, and the general openness of AI-driven judgments. By improving trust and transparency in AI marketing strategies, blockchain technology (BCT)—which is decentralized and unchangeable—offers a viable remedy for these issues. This chapter examines how BCT, which offers safe, transparent, and verifiable records of data transactions, may be able to address the moral and practical concerns in AI marketing. The discussion will delve into how blockchain can mitigate biases in AI algorithms, protect consumer data, and foster a more trustworthy relationship between businesses and their customers. Additionally, the chapter will present case studies and real-world applications where blockchain has been successfully implemented to enhance the credibility of AI marketing initiatives. The chapter concludes by discussing the future outlook and potential challenges of integrating blockchain in AI marketing, providing actionable insights for practitioners and researchers in the field.
