A Non-Circular Framework Reducing the Riemann Hypothesis to Independent Boundary Verification
Hisashi Suga · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research) · 2026
This work does not claim a proof of the Riemann Hypothesis. Instead, it presents a structurally complete and non-circular framework in which the hypothesis follows from explicitly stated boundary assumptions. All logical developments following these assumptions are internally closed and governed by strict non-circularity constraints. The remaining open task is explicitly isolated to the independent verification of the boundary assumptions themselves, which is deliberately left outside the scope of this work. This repository includes:- Main paper (framework and closure)- Supplementary Information (structural clarification)- Final Runlog (closure and responsibility statement) No claim is made regarding the actual zeros of the Riemann zeta function.
