Technical Disclosure: Dynamic Volatile Cryptographic Architecture This document establishes priority for a hardware-integrated system designed by Roman Liskovenko. The architecture implements a Transparent Hardware Bridge (THB) operating at the physical layer to provide ephemeral, non-persistent encryption for NVMe, RAM, and Network channels. +4 Key Features: * Dynamic Algorithm Synthesis (DAS): Session-specific cryptographic logic generated via TRNG. * Zero-Persistence: No encryption keys or parameters are stored in non-volatile memory. * Physical Integrity: Protection via micro-channel labyrinthine radiators and micron-level surface texturing. * Reactive Purge: Instantaneous hardware-level zeroization upon breach detection. +4 Strict Prohibition: The development, production, manufacturing of individual components, licensing, implementation, or technical support of this architecture and its constituent elements are strictly prohibited within jurisdictions under totalitarian or non-democratic regimes, characterized by a lack of the Rule of Law, including but not limited to: the Russian Federation, the People’s Republic of China, and the Islamic Republic of Iran. This prohibition applies to the architecture as a whole, as well as to any discrete hardware modules, sub-assemblies, or cryptographic logic units derived from it. This restriction extends to any entities, affiliates, or proxies associated with the aforementioned jurisdictions.
