With the increasingly prominent mental health problems, the limitations of traditional psychological intervention methods have prompted the emergence of innovative intervention models. This study focuses on the application and evaluation of digital drama therapy platform based on sensor data in psychological intervention. By integrating wearable biosensors, motion capture systems, voice acquisition devices and environmental interaction sensors, the platform can collect physiological and behavioral data in real time and quantify physical expression and social interaction. Support Vector Machine (SVM), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and other algorithms are used to build a dynamic intervention model to realize personalized treatment and curative effect tracking. A single-blind randomized controlled trial was used to recruit 120 patients with depression or anxiety disorder and divide them into experimental group and control group. The intervention period was 8 weeks. The results show that the experimental group is superior to the traditional therapy in relieving depression and somatization symptoms, improving physiological state and enhancing social interaction and expression ability. The visual analysis of multimodal data shows that the action energy is positively correlated with the curative effect, while the speech pause frequency is negatively correlated. In the qualitative evaluation, participants spoke highly of the emotional authenticity perception, embodied expression release and digital narrative reconstruction value of digital drama therapy. The user experience score shows that the system performs well in self-awareness and ease of use, but it still needs to be improved in emotional connection strength. This study proves the effectiveness and feasibility of digital drama therapy platform based on sensor data in psychological intervention, and provides a new idea for the development of psychological intervention mode in the future.
