AxoDenR: A Certifiable Digital Immune Reflex for Velocity-Dominated State Destruction

Erkan YALÇINKAYA · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research) · 2025

AxoDen-R presents a safety-critical architectural approach to ransomware containment in high-velocity data environments. Conventional endpoint and extended detection systems rely on probabilistic inference pipelines whose response latency is fundamentally mismatched to the physical speed of modern encryption workloads. AxoDen-R reframes ransomware as a bounded-information control problem, analysing system evolution across thermodynamic, epistemic, and structural dimensions. The framework defines deterministic state transitions, explicit latency assumptions, and provenance-aware recovery boundaries under a formally bounded adversary model. Together, these elements establish a certifiable basis for constraining irreversible data transformation while preserving auditability, recovery precision, and human agency. Implementation-sensitive parameters and deployment-specific mechanisms are intentionally abstracted in this record.
