Amagi-MEM v1.0: Self-Protecting, Context-Aware Memory Architecture for High-Assurance Systems
Alexey Mikhailovich Burlai · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research) · 2025
The Amagi-MEM v1.0 specification redefines memory from passive storage to an active, self-securing organism. Built on the TTP principle (Trigger → Programmable Delay → Localized Activation), it embeds the six Core Principles of the Amagi Framework v1.0 directly into hardware. This specification defines a feasible, domain-specific memory architecture for high-assurance systems, including medical implants, aerospace avionics, defense platforms, financial HSMs, and autonomous AI agents — domains where data integrity and contextual authenticity are non-negotiable. Key Innovations Memory Policy Enforcer (MPE): Functions as a hardware root of trust. Immutable Memory Access Graph (MAG): Policy fused directly in OTP (One-Time Programmable) memory. Access Trigger Layer (ATL): Uses programmable delay as a security primitive. Self-Healing Memory Fabric (SHMF): Features row-level Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) encryption (AES-256 + Kyber). Cryptographically Signed Audit Trail: Uses Dilithium (PQC signatures) to ensure log integrity. This memory architecture, a foundational element for achieving Architectural, Guaranteed Integrity (A.G.I.), is commercially supported and certified exclusively by AGIAM Technologies, as defined in its Founding Charter (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17719569). Amagi Triad Cross-References This memory architecture is one of the three core specifications for the Amagi ecosystem.
