Amagi Framework v1.0: Architecture as Compliance — A Design-Centric Approach to EU AI Act Conformity

Alexey Mikhailovich Burlai · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research) · 2025

The Amagi Framework v1.0 is a reference architecture designed to structurally enforce compliance with the EU AI Act. This enforcement is achieved through six foundational Core Principles: Immutability Constrained Communication Contextual Oversight Controlled Evolution Automatic Safety Preservation Complete Audit Integrity Legal & Intellectual Property Notice This work is an original intellectual creation protected under Belgian and EU copyright law (Art. XI.295 Belgian Code of Economic Law, CJEU Infopaq C-5/08). It establishes legally enforceable definitions of Derivative Architecture and Structural Imitation, extending protection to the Structure, Sequence, and Organization (SSO) of the system as recognized in Whelan v. Jaslow. This foundational work, establishing the principle of Architectural, Guaranteed Integrity (A.G.I.), is commercially supported and certified exclusively by AGIAM Technologies, as defined in its Founding Charter (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17719569). Architectural & Consolidated Works The structural components built upon these principles, as well as the final scientific consolidation, are detailed in: Amagi-TTP NIPU v1.0 (Processor): DOI 10.5281/zenodo.17682668 Amagi-MEM v1.0 (Memory Architecture): DOI 10.5281/zenodo.17679327 Amagi Framework v1.4 (Final Scientific Article): DOI 10.5281/zenodo.17849595 This specification is published under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license for non-commercial research use. Any commercial implementation or Derivative Architecture requires a valid license under the Strict Architectural Principle License (S-APL), governed by the laws of England and Wales.
