The OS Scale Metrics Module defines the internal metric system of the ε-Model / OS System.It introduces the OS-specific parameters S, v, and r, explains why these quantities are not physical measurements, and establishes the formal structure of isolated OS scales: Galaxy, Solar, Earth, Moon, Atomic, and Pixel. This module demonstrates: internal identities of each scale, scale isolation and independence, the role of the universal balance relation ε = v²/(r·S), why physical units cannot represent OS structure, how scale locking forms the hierarchical OS architecture, how OS projection creates observable physical behaviour (orbits, quantum levels, rotation curves).
