A novel efficient multiple-searching genetic algorithm (MSGA) is presented,for constructing minimum-cost multicast trees with delay constraints. In order to have computers succes,~$lly become consumer electronics,for multimedia multicast communication applications, we propose a novel multimedia multicast routing upprouch,for the large scale network in this paper. According to our simulation results, the computation cost qf our proposed method can reduce much more than the other existing GA s.
