Libor Peuil, Petr Štěpán, Miroslav Kulich, Luboš Král · 1998

This paper focuses on the design concepts and development of a cognitive control system for an intelligent mobile self-guided robot. The primary task for the robot is to navigate a collision-free route that is based on a user-specified goal in a 2D environment containing unknown objects. The paper describes the system structure, world model and path planning, and system implementation.
