A GENETIC ALGORITHM BASED FUZZY SYSTEM FOR SEMI-ACTIVE SUSPENSION SYSTEM DESIGN

In this study, a genetic algorithm (GA) based fuzzy system is developed to generate a rule table automatically for a fuzzy semi- active suspension system design. After the configuration is described, the GA is employed for tuning proper fuzzy membership function and control table. For selecting a proper controller for the nonlinear damper, the membership functions are set to be tunable in GA.
