Describes the Flexible Operation Command and Control System (FOCCS), a computer aided management and information system for public transport with the objective of achieving both improvement and rationalization in operation and passenger service. The system provides a set of EDP modules for vehicle location, nominal-actual timetable comparison, transfer synchronization, traffic light priority, passenger information, fare and ticketing related features and demand responsive services.
