AI-driven predictive analytics is transforming clinical pharmacology by enhancing precision and integrating high-dimensional data.Insights from a recent AI in Clinical Pharmacology meeting organized in April 2025 have underscored a critical challenge among others: the lack of robust, standardized benchmarking datasets and evaluation tasks that reflect real-world clinical data complexities.This perspective addresses this challenge and proposes a roadmap for developing robust datasets and metrics to advance the use of AI in pharmacometrics and systems pharmacology.
