Background: The integration of artificial intelligence and Internet of Things (AIoT) technologies is transforming healthcare delivery systems globally. However, comprehensive evaluation frameworks are needed to assess AIoT technological impact on sustainable healthcare development across economic, organizational, and social dimensions. Objectives: This research investigates how AIoT technology affects sustainable healthcare development by examining the interconnections between individual economic viability, organizational responsibility, and social equity within the framework of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Methods: A dual-methodology approach was employed combining factor analysis for quantitative assessment and triple-dimensionality method for qualitative evaluation. The study examined six inter-influence correlations across three dimensions using Social Learning Theory's triadic reciprocal determinism framework. Data analysis focused on healthcare professionals' AIoT applications, institutional governance, and social equity outcomes. Results: Healthcare professionals driving socially beneficial AIoT applications achieved the highest comprehensive weight (0.0927), indicating strong correlation between individual economic advantages and social equity outcomes. Medical healthcare professionals' AIoT skills scored 0.0914, while responsible AIoT governance (healthcare professionals to gain the AIoT skills) achieved 0.0926. These findings validate bidirectional economic-organizational dynamics and demonstrate significant organizational-social equity integration with measurable reciprocal stimulation effects. Conclusions: AIoT technology represents a paradigmatic shift toward sustainable healthcare systems, creating self-reinforcing ecosystems where improvements in any dimension enhance outcomes across all areas. The study provides empirical validation that AIoT serves as a comprehensive catalyst for achieving "Good Health and Well-being" SDG targets while establishing economically viable and organizationally sustainable healthcare delivery systems.
