Companies plan and design new products and services by analyzing the behavior of their users. However, users themselves may not clearly understand their own behavior or needs and often have only a vague understanding of their behavior and needs. In this study, we will examine a method for organizing requirements based on such ambiguous user statements and create a diagram of the results. The specific procedure is as follows: 1) Morphological analysis is performed on the transcribed interview data. This analysis is carried out using text mining. 2) Based on the part-of-speech information added by the morphological analysis, the elements that make up Entity-Relationship (ER) Diagram are derived. 3) ER Diagram is drawn based on each element. In this paper, we present the results of a trial of this procedure using actual interview data on the employment process of Indian IT engineers in Japan. The results of this study confirmed that the proposed method effectively extracts diagrams from ambiguous user statements.
