Fall detection systems are designed for improving safety and health care for the elderly and people with mobility issues. The proposed structure uses modern IoT technologies, wearables, and platforms like ThingSpeak for developing a wearable fall detection device. It uses modern day IoT technologies with sensors that enhances the proposed device&s;s accuracy, allowing differentiation between falls and normal day-to-day activities. It uses interactive UI components such as real-time graphs for data visualization via ThingSpeak for real-time monitoring and alerts to the caregivers or health care personnel. It mainly reduces false positives, improves battery optimization and interaction with users that lead to innovative key approaches for the proposed system. The proposed system features new enhancements of fall detection as compared to previously built models such as reducing false positives, improved battery optimization and interaction. Wearable IoT integrations, threshold-based measurements and trend analysis are combined for improved accuracy and reliability in detection and data is stored in a secure way to ensure client data confidentiality.
